About these terms
These terms cover this website and trips booked with Delhi Ride Tour & Travels on WhatsApp or by phone.
Quotes
Every trip is quoted. Before you confirm, you receive the route, vehicle and fare details in writing.
The quote explains the fare, inclusions and additional charges, and mentions, where applicable, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, driver allowance, minimum daily kilometres and extra-kilometre charges.
For airport trips, the pickup point, airport parking, waiting time, night charges and additional waiting charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Bookings
A booking is made when you accept the quote and we confirm the booking. Your pickup location, date, time and itinerary are confirmed, and driver contact and vehicle details are shared once assigned.
Vehicles
Final vehicle selection depends on the number of passengers, luggage, route and availability. Pictures on this website show the vehicle class, not a particular vehicle.
Changes during a trip
If you change the route, add stops or need extra waiting time, the charges set out in your quote for extra kilometres or additional waiting apply.
Cancellations and refunds
How to cancel or change a booking is set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
This website
The pages describe our services in general terms; your written quote sets out the details of your trip. Photographs of places are there to show the destination. Reviews are from Google.
